• linen is pleasant to touch, it has a smooth surface and a mat lustre 

• Shipment time: shipping from Germany generally takes 5 to 10 working days in Europe, 10 - 20 days overseas. Items are ready to dispatch.

• Shipment method: I ship with registered mail. You will receive the shipment tracking number as soon as the order is dispatched

• Customs and import taxes: buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

I accept returns and cancellations under the following conditions:

• Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

• Send items back within: 14 days of delivery

• Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
